TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All plans come with a 3-day trial period. You can use our full services (reasonably, of course) up to a maximum of 2 hours during the 3-day trial period without any upfront payments.

• In the rare event that you are not satisfied with our services during the trial and decide not to continue with your subscription, there will be no charge to you for the services rendered (out-of-pocket expenses, if any, still apply).

• If you are happy with our services and choose to continue with your subscription, relevant charges (i.e. the 2 hours and out-of-pocket expenses) will apply from day one. But wait! There's more!

• If you do decide to continue with your subscription after the trial period, you will receive a ticket to the EasyWorkweek Time Machine [No. 3] which will give you (or whoever you choose to give the ticket to) 3 full hours of our services! This is a HK$550 value!
  

• Please note that you are responsible for any purchases and/or shipping charges you authorize during your subscription period. This includes the 3-day trial period.
  
  
• You will also be charged any out-of-pocket expenses incurred (transportation, long distance calls, etc.) while your tasks are carried out. We use Skype for International Calls.
  
  
• We reserve the right to decline tasks which we feel that we cannot handle comfortably or in an excellent manner.
  
  
• EasyWorkweek Support is accessible 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, during office hours 9am to 6pm Hong Kong time (GMT+8). Tasks are carried out according to your instructions and requests. This means at odd times and over weekends, too, where applicable.
  
  
• Tasks that need specialized or professional skills may require alternate expertise and/or incur separate charges. We reserve the right to accept or reject tasks as appropriate.
  
  
• You can upgrade or downgrade between any two plans with a previous month advance notice period in writing to your Support Leader.
  
  
• All plans require a previous month notice period for termination. This means that if you inform us of the termination this month, your last month of subscription will be the next.
  
  
• All our EASY plans come with Rollover Time:
  
  
  • Unused time from what is allotted for the plan in a month gets rolled over to the next month automatically.
    
    
  • Your total amount of accumulated Rollover Time cannot exceed 20% of your monthly plan.
    
    
  • Once your accumulated Rollover Time exceeds that amount, the excess is lost indefinitely.
    
    
  • If you change from one EASY plan to another EASY plan, any accumulated Rollover Time in excess of the new plan’s allotted maximum rollover time will be forfeited upon such change.
    
    
  • If you change to STARTER or a BASIC plan, then all Rollover Time is lost indefinitely.
    
    
  • In the event of cancellation, your Rollover Time, if any, is lost indefinitely.
    
    
  • Rollover Time is not redeemable for cash or credit and is not transferable.
