TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please note that you are responsible for any purchases and/or shipping charges you authorize during your subscription period.
- You will also be charged any out-of-pocket expenses incurred (transportation, long distance calls, etc.) while your tasks are carried out. We use Skype for International Calls unless otherwise specified/required.
- We reserve the right to decline tasks which we feel that we cannot handle comfortably or in an excellent manner.
- EasyWorkweek Support is accessible 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, during office hours 9am to 6pm Hong Kong time (GMT+8). Tasks are carried out according to your instructions and requests. This means at odd times and over weekends, too, where applicable.
- Tasks that need specialized or professional skills may require alternate expertise and/or incur separate charges. We reserve the right to accept or reject tasks as appropriate.
- Typically for personal concierge support (tasks that need our physical presence - on-site), 24 hours advanced notice is needed as we need to allocate manpower to assist you with your tasks. Virtual assistant tasks (those without the need for physical presence – off-site) can be responded to within 3 business hours.
- For urgent personal concierge support tasks which need to be carried out within the immediate 6 hours, there is a surcharge of 100% of the total service fees (or hours) applicable. For work that specifically needs to be done outside our office hours (9am to 6pm), there will be a 50% surcharge on the total service fees applicable (on top of any urgent service fees) unless otherwise arranged. The same applies to weekends, which is considered outside normal hours.
- You can upgrade or downgrade between any two plans with a 30-day advance notice period in writing to your Support Leader. This means that if you wish to, for example, upgrade from BASIC-8 to BASIC-16 for your next subscription period from 5 June to 4 July, you should notify your Support Leader by 5 May.
- All plans require a previous month notice period for termination. This means that if you inform us of the termination this month, your last month of subscription will be the next.
