Get Started for Easy Workweeks Ahead with 5 EASY steps!

1. Choose a subscription plan. Ask us if you are not sure.

2. Subscribe to the plan.

3. Complete the subscription payment process via PayPal, our secure online credit card transaction service provider.

4. We will contact you within 3 hours (during office hours 9am to 6pm Hong Kong time) of receiving your subscription to confirm your account information and inform you of your start of service date. You will be assigned one contact person at EasyWorkweek who will be the Support Leader handling your account.

5. Start sending us task instructions via email, phone, MSN!

Notes on Task Instructions

1. Kindly be as detailed as possible and as specific as possible with your instructions to Support Leader.

2. If you are providing instructions via email, please also provide your USER NAME and/or PIN so that we can authenticate you. This is to prevent abuse. Your Support Leader may ask for your USER NAME and/or PIN verbally over the phone for this purpose.

3. You instructions will be confirmed via email to your primary email (as provided in the subscription form).

4. Once task details are clarified and confirmed, the work will begin on the task and time charged accordingly.
